Cyberjaya, Malaysia - January 17, 2025 - Shieldbase AI proudly took home two prestigious awards—the Judges’ Choice and the Crowd Favorite—during the 19th Cyberview Living Lab Accelerator (CLLA) Demo Day. Jeany Tan, Co-Founder and CSO of Shieldbase AI, captivated the audience as she showcased the company’s journey and progress for the past 6 months.

This event marked the conclusion of the CLLA Cohort 19 and celebrated a decade of transformative achievements by the Cyberview Living Lab Accelerator. YB Chang Lih Kang, Malaysia’s Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation, graced the occasion to recognize the accelerator’s vital role in nurturing startups and driving innovation.

“Malaysia has made great strides in establishing itself as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, and programs like the Cyberview Living Lab Accelerator are instrumental in achieving this mission,” said Minister Chang Lih Kang. He noted the accelerator’s impressive track record since its inception in 2014, having empowered over 129 startups, attracted more than USD 58.40 million (MYR 263 million) in investments, and generated an astounding USD 185.88 million (MYR 837 million) in revenue. The 19th Demo Day also commemorated the accelerator’s 10th anniversary.

Cohort 19 featured ten remarkable startups that demonstrated groundbreaking solutions across diverse industries. Among them were Midwest Composites, IOXTECH GLOBAL, VIDANEX, VEE HIGH SKILL SMART HOME, ALT Synergy, Reyhut Automation, Airlytic, Wiser Machines, Pixelence, and Shieldbase AI. Each company highlighted the breadth of innovation thriving within Malaysia’s startup ecosystem.
